Does anyone here know anything about kidney cancer? My father has received the radical surgery and one kidney with tumor was taken out. If he doesn't undergo chemotherapy, what medication should he take? What does biologic therapy give to the patients? Will be so grateful for any response...

This is probably the best information resource out there. Talk to his oncologist about the stage of his disease and prognosis. If it's late stage and he is in U.S., you might also want to check out clinicaltrials.gov for ongoing clinical trials of experimental (nonapproved) treatment. But talk to the doctor first.
